1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Digital Course Purchases: Refunds are available for digital course purchases under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • The course has not been accessed beyond 20% of its content.

1.2 Subscription Plans:

  • Refunds are not available for monthly subscription plans once the billing period has commenced.

  • For annual subscription plans, a prorated refund may be issued if the request is made within 30 days of the subscription start date, provided that significant course content has not been accessed.

1.3 Promotional or Discounted Purchases:

  • Purchases made during sales or promotional events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

2. Non-Refundable Items

2.1 Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Customized training or corporate training programs.

  • E-books, downloadable resources, or other digital products that are non-returnable by nature.

  • Courses or services where access has already been fully utilized or completed.

 


3. Process for Requesting a Refund

3.1 Submission of Request:

    • Full name

    • Order ID or transaction reference number

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Any supporting documentation or screenshots, if applicable.

3.2 Review Process:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.

  • We may request additional information or clarification to process your request.

3.3 Notification of Decision:

  • Once your refund request is reviewed, we will notify you of our decision via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

4.1 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For example:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded back to the card used for the purchase.

  • Payments made via third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal,, iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, EPS, …) will be refunded through the same platform.

4.2 Any processing fees or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable and may affect the amount returned.

 


5. Exclusions and Special Cases

5.1 Technical Issues:

  • If you are unable to access a course due to technical issues on our platform, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds in such cases may be issued at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

5.2 Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Refunds for exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, must be supported with valid documentation.

5.3 Chargebacks:

  • If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended, and you may be ineligible for future refunds or services.
